1)      How can I apply for a single course exam? What are the requirements fort he exam?

 

To apply for a single course exam, the number of failed courses must be one and you should submit a petition to student affairs. A single course exam cannot be taken for a course that was failed due to absenteeism and / or has never been taken before.

 

2)      How can I apply for excuse exam? What are the requirements fort he exam?

 

Excuse exams are held only for midterm exams. There must be a valid excuse to apply for the excuse exams. Students who could not take one or more of the exams due to their excuses, can apply, via student affairs, to take an excuse exam by submitting all the related documents (medical report, etc.)

 

3)      Can a family member or friend receive my temporary graduation certificate or diploma after graduation?

 

Students can get their diploma or temporary certificate of graduation personally or through a person they notarized.

 

4)      What do I need to do for the course exemption process?

If you have come with a lateral transfer or have previously studied at a university,         you must fill out an exemption petition and submit it to student affairs after bringing your transcript document.

 

5)      How can I get my temporary graduation certificate?

 

If you don't have  failed course, you can graduate. To get a temporary graduation certificate, after signing and submitting the certificate of discharge, you can hand over your student ID to student affairs and get a temporary graduation certificate. If you have lost your student ID, you must place an ad in the local newspaper and bring a sample to student affairs and submit it.

 

6)      How can I get the diploma?

 

If you have graduated and have not previously received a temporary graduation certificate, you can get your diploma after have signing the certificate of discharge and submitting your student ID to student affairs.

If you have received a temporary graduation certificate, you must bring your temporary graduation certificate and hand it to student affairs. If you lose a temporary graduation certificate, you must place an ad in the local newspaper and submit an example to student affairs.

 

7)      I lost my Student ID . How can I get a new Student ID?

 

You should apply to student affairs by petition.

 

8)      I changed my phone number. My exam grades do not come as SMS, how can I update my number?

 

Students can update from the general information -contact information section, via student automation system.

 

9)      Can I update my profile picture on student automation system?

 

Students can update their profile Picture on system. But if the photo is unsuitable for formality, student affairs may reject the photo.

 

10)   Where can I get a gown and cap for the graduation ceremony?

 

You can get gown and cap by giving your student ID by applying student affairs one week before graduation ceremony. Students who do not hand in the robe and cap after the graduation ceremony cannot receive their student identity documents. Even if these students have graduated, they cannot receive temporary graduation and diploma.

 

11)  How can I freeze my registration?

 

You should apply to the student affairs by a petition. If deemed appropriate, it is accepted and communicated to the student.

 

12)   How can I get to disenroll?

 

The students who wish to disenroll must apply with a petition to the Student Affairs.

 

13)   How to object to the exam grade?

 

Students should apply with a petition to the Student Affairs. If the Instructor of the course finds it appropriate, the exam paper is re-examined and notified to the student along with the reason.
