apply for a single course exam, the number of failed courses must be one and
you should submit a petition to student affairs. A single course exam cannot be

Excuse
exams are held only for midterm exams. There must be a valid excuse to apply

10) Where can I get a gown and cap for the
graduation ceremony?
You
can get gown and cap by giving your student ID by applying student affairs one
week before graduation ceremony. Students who do not hand in the robe and cap
after the graduation ceremony cannot receive their student identity documents.
Even if these students have graduated, they cannot receive temporary graduation
and diploma.
11) How can I freeze my registration?
You
should apply to the student affairs by a petition. If deemed appropriate, it is
accepted and communicated to the student.
